Company information
The Ontyx platform is operated by JP Análise de Dados, registered under CNPJ 32.289.868/0001-51, located at R. Cardeal Dom Sebastião Leme, 67 - Santa Teresa, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 20240-012.
LGPD
Ontyx follows the principles of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). For account and commercial relationship data, we act as controllers. For data entered by customers into the platform, we act as processors, processing information according to customer instructions.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
We provide a Data Processing Agreement for customers who need to formalize privacy responsibilities and obligations. The DPA can be requested from support.
Subprocessors
We use providers for hosting, monitoring, and essential services. We maintain an updated subprocessors list and share it upon request.
International transfers
When necessary, data may be processed outside Brazil by global providers. In these situations, we adopt appropriate contractual safeguards.
Audit and documentation
We can provide security and privacy documentation for customer evaluation, subject to availability and, when applicable, under confidentiality agreement.
