Ontyx is a SaaS platform for marketing taxonomy governance, operated by JP Análise de Dados (CNPJ 32.289.868/0001-51), located at R. Cardeal Dom Sebastião Leme, 67 - Santa Teresa, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 20240-012. For account and commercial relationship data, we act as controllers. For data entered by customers into the platform, we act as processors, following customer instructions.

Data we collect

• Registration: name, email, company, role, and login information.
• Platform usage: access logs, IP, browser, device, and actions performed.
• Campaign content: taxonomies, naming, UTMs, and operational data entered.
• Billing: data required for invoicing. Payment data is processed by specialized providers.

Purposes and legal bases

• Contract performance: provide the platform, create accounts, and process billing.
• Legitimate interest: improve the product, prevent fraud, and ensure security.
• Legal compliance: meet tax, regulatory, and judicial obligations.
