Definitions

• Platform: the Ontyx software and its modules.
• Customer: the individual or legal entity that contracts and uses the Platform.
• Workspace: an isolated environment with its own taxonomy, settings, and data.

Company information

The Ontyx platform is operated by JP Análise de Dados, registered under CNPJ 32.289.868/0001-51, located at R. Cardeal Dom Sebastião Leme, 67 - Santa Teresa, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 20240-012.

Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities performed under your account. Sharing access or using the Platform in violation of applicable laws is prohibited.

Permitted use and restrictions

• Do not exploit vulnerabilities, test excessive load, or bypass technical limits.
• Do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivatives of the Platform without authorization.
• Do not use the Platform for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights.

Subscription and billing

The base subscription costs R$ 399/month with recurring monthly billing. Each additional workspace costs R$ 99/month. Applicable taxes may be added.

The subscription renews automatically each cycle. You can cancel renewal at any time before the next cycle.

We may adjust prices with prior notice. Promotions or special conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Customer content

The Customer retains all rights to data entered into the Platform. By using Ontyx, the Customer grants a limited license for us to process that content in order to provide the service.

Confidentiality

The parties agree to protect confidential information received during the use of the Platform. This obligation does not apply to public information or information lawfully obtained from third parties.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the Platform available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance and emergency fixes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service will meet all Customer requirements or be error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ontyx will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Total liability, when applicable, is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the 12 months prior to the event.

Termination

The Customer may terminate use at any time. Ontyx may suspend or close accounts in case of violation of these Terms or misuse. After termination, data may be removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. If material changes occur, we will communicate them through available channels. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law and forum

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The forum of São Paulo/SP is elected, unless a different contractual arrangement applies.
